Come to this class and participate in alternative material crocheting!
In this class, everyone will first learn how to turn plastic bags into usable plarn (plastic + yarn = plarn) for a project. All different types of plastic bags can be used, as long as there are not too many holes in them. All participants are encouraged to bring any plastic bags they may have built up if they are looking to clear away some clutter!
Once the plarn is created, everyone will get to crochet a simple, small basket! Join this class and leave knowing how to put all of your extraneous plastic bags to good use. Participate for an evening of creating and celebrate repurposing materials by turning rubbish into something useful!
