Rediscover your bliss and experience the restorative power of movement. Guided by the music of our time and the knowledge within our own bodies, join us in exploring the sensations of mind and body accessed through uninhibited ‘dance’ in judgement-free space.
Ecstatic dance is a substance free event. No experience necessary. Come with an open mind and a body ready to move, however it may please.
Suggested donation $10-20.

Galen is passionate about curating and cataloging spine-undulating, soul-tickling music. A student of improvisational practices and a devoted attendee of E-Dances in Moab UT, Aztec NM, and Grass Valley CA, he is thrilled to be a part of this offering to the Bishop community.
