We’ll combine art-making with breath and movement to explore creativity as an intuitive, embodied practice. By grounding into this presence, you’ll open up new possibilities for expression, joy, ease, and personal insight.
What We’ll Do:
Create Art: We’ll use simple techniques with watercolor, charcoal, and pastel to explore personal inspiration and expression.
Breathe & Move: Breathing exercises and movement will be woven throughout our time to help you relax, clear your mind, and make space to create.
No Experience Needed
This is a welcoming space for everyone—whether you’re new to art or just want to get out of your head and into the moment. The focus is on having fun and letting creativity flow freely. All supplies will be provided. Please bring an exercise mat with you or request one when registering.
