Carving and Printing Linoleum Art

Join us and learn how to design, carve, and print your very own linoleum art! Linocuts can be used in a multitude of ways from making their own, stand alone print, to card making, to scrapbooking, to using them on any offcut you can find!
In this class, we will be creating designs and carving them out on a rubber linoleum block with carving tools by hand. This will challenge you to think of your design with inverted colors and you will learn how to use hand carving tools to create the design yourself, line by line. Once the block is completely etched with your image, we will learn how to roll out the ink and print!
Join us in learning how to make an image you design to a final product that will allow you to print it again and again!
This workshop is for ages 12+.
