Batik is a traditional wax-resist technique from Indonesia! It uses a special process of drawing or painting with wax onto paper or fabric and painting over with inks or paint. This fun workshop for kids aged 9+ will use the Batik technique to create artwork depicting BUGS! Naomi will lead young participants through a fun process of creating a layered artwork dedicated to those creepy crawly critters that we know so well!
