Hand-Building Ceramics

A Ceramics Workshop with Bart Godett

This is a three-part workshop and registrants should plan to attend all sessions:

Saturday January 8th, 2022 - 10.30am - 12.30pm

Sunday, January 9th, 2022 - 10.30am - 12 noon

Saturday January 15th, 2022 - 10.30am - 12 noon

In this workshop we will use basic hand-building ceramics techniques to build confidence in exploring clay and its properties. Participants will have the opportunity to make one or two (depending on complexity) fairly small pots, for example a mug or a bean pot or both. You will hand-build your creation and glaze it, creating a finished ceramic piece of your own design.
