Community Yoga

This class is designed for the active body, stretching shoulders, wrists, hips,

back, neck, hamstrings and quads. Jean’s wholehearted approach to yoga

focuses on the breath, mind and body. This is a donation based class and

suggested donation is $5-10. Yoga mats and straps available at C5 Studios.
