We rest in the in-between-ness, the liminal space of this season.
Mother Nature mirrors our human journey. How much of our lives are filled with similar transitions–one part has not quite ended, and another part has not quite begun.
If we can be with the in-between; if we can listen for whispers of inner guidance, we can open to receive new possibilities.
This equinox retreat offers participants the spaciousness of inner listening, creative expression, & sacred community.
Our retreat includes:
Exploring how to be with what is present in new ways.
Opening to a higher perspective–fostering a new relationship with the in-between.
Gentle guided visualization, and reflective practices of inner connection. Deepening your unique relationship with Spirit/Divinity/Inner Wisdom.
Creative ritual to release what no longer serves you.
Creating an artistic blessing or intention for this chapter of your life.
