Attention Moms of young ones ages 1 and under! Are you feeling ready to move in a supportive class designed to take care of your amazing, hard-working body while including your little one? Join Olivia for a Mom and Baby fitness class! Olivia (Momma of 1, soon to be 2!) is creating a safe and welcoming space for Moms to socialize and exercise together.
Please feel welcome to bring a baby carrier if you wish, and any other gear you need to hep your little one to feel comfortable and happy!
You may sign up for all classes in the series, or just drop in for one!
