“Upcycling Your Own Calligraphy Pen”
A crafting and calligraphy workshop with Marijke IJff
Friday, April 26th, 2024 - 7pm - 9pm
Arrive 30 min early to place orders from the menu.
This class will start by everyone crafting their own nibs and pens of different sizes from repurposed materials. Then, everyone will have the opportunity to practice their own hand at their choice of calligraphy fonts and border techniques.
It is incredibly satisfying to use these pens and they are a blast to experiment with!
Come to this class and add the ability to inscribe multiple fonts to your artist toolbox!
A relaxing evening of crafting, upcycling, and everyone venturing out to create beauty in the mundane task of writing.
Attend this class and become the friend that can be locked in a room with a tin can, sticks, and tape, and emerge with a calligraphy pen!
This workshop is for ages 11+.
