Lunar/Chinese New Year Celebration
A Qigong workshop with Betsy McDonald
Saturday February 10th, 2024 - 2pm - 3:30pm
We’ll learn about this Year of the Wood Dragon, receive red envelopes with a New Year inspiration, create a Fu character (good fortune and blessings) on red paper to decorate our homes to remind us of gratitude, and practice some simple qigong movements that we can weave into our days.
No experience is necessary. Children and families welcome!
All movement may be modified (including simply visualizing them) to work your body and its capacities in the moment. Chairs will be available for those who would like this option.
