Drawing with Oil Pastels

If you have ever wanted to create your own impressionist artwork but have been too intimidated to pick up a paint brush, oil pastels are a great starting point! It is all of the convenience of a crayon with the benefits of oils! This art medium offers a tactile experience with a lot of smudging and sculpting of the colors along the way. Accompany us in experimenting with oil pastels and leave with your very own impressionist piece and some drawing techniques to add to your skill set.

This workshop is for ages 9+.
