Five x Five Printmaking

A printmaking workshop with Monika Metzenthin

Saturday March 4th, 2023 - 10.30am - 12.30pm

Join us for a morning of printmaking fun! 

Enjoy the magic of printmaking and create multiple prints that are 5 x 5 inches in size. We will learn the basics of printmaking as we transfer the image and carve it into the plate, roll on the ink, and then hand-pull each print. We will explore how the same image might look differently depending on the colors we use and modifications we may make to the plate. 

Choose your favorites to frame or turn your prints into cards to send to your friends and family!

This fun class can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Children under the age of 8 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Your instructor will be Teaching Artist Monika Metzenthin who has been facilitating creative experiences for audiences of all ages in all media for over two decades.
